Ceylon cloves are the flower buds of evergreen clove tree that is grown in Sri Lanka. It is considered to be of high quality and has a strong, pungent flavor and aroma.

Born in Nature Clove is produced by hand picking the finest clove buds when they are still unripe and green, then allowing them to dry mechanically in low temperatures. This process gives the clove its distinctive brown color and strong flavor.

Born in Nature Clove is produced by hand picking the finest clove buds when they are still unripe and green, then allowing them to dry mechanically in low temperatures. This process gives the clove its distinctive brown color and strong flavor.
